notes:
Light yellow with tints of green and silver in the glass, our 5th vintage release of our estate-produced Sec can be distinguished for its unique development in the Királyudvar cellars. A slow fermentation with surprisingly high efficiency resulted in an abundance of flavors and pronounced minerality in the finished wine. The journey on the palate is highlighted by rose petals, cotton candy, honeyed pear and citrus fruit along the route. Round, crisp and textually dense, the 2009 Sec can be nicely paired with roasted lemon chicken with rosemary herbs, angel hair pasta with garlic and pork loin.
