notes:
This 2008 sparkling Pezsgő follows in the footsteps of Királyudvar's inaugural 2007 vintage release. The berries sourced for this Brut-level offering come exclusively from vines in the lower parcels of the company's biodynamic Henye vineyard. Crafted following the 'méthode traditionelle', this bubbly radiates soft daylight with continuous fine effervescence. Orange blossoms and apples materialize on the nose with an ensuing crispness on the palate. Precise without being overly austere, this wine demonstrates its firmness in a distinguished fashion. A special Aszú-Esszencia sweet wine from our Danczka vineyard was used as the dosage for this sparkling wine, making this sparkler even more enjoyable as a celebratory aperitif.
