notes:
The '07 dry sparkling Pezsgő
is the first Tokaji sparkling white wine produced by Királyudvar.
The berries sourced for this Brut-level offering come exclusively
from vines in the lower parcels of the company's acclaimed biodynamic
Henye vineyard.
A bright, light yellow robe,
with fine and lively effervescence is evident in the glass. A complex
bouquet featuring strong aromas of apple and orange blossoms is
echoed on the palate. The continuous and fine mousse is well-supported
by a full body and ample substance of pure fruit and racy acidity
in the mouth. An ideal sparkler to accompany seafood dishes of lobster
and scallops.
