notes: In the glass, a golden
beauty with a touch of amber. A restrained bouquet of ripe fruit and minerals
quickly opens with some exposure to air. An amazing balance of sugar and acidity
allows the taste of minerals to become the primary tactile impression. A soft
ending conjuring up a rush of wet stones awaits at the finish. Very elegant with
flavors of dried fruits combined with white flower jam. A young wine that possesses
immense aging potential.

Reviews:
95 POINTS (WS) "Terrific aromas of spearmint, truffle, dried apricot and orange peel lead to flavors of the same, with the addition of a saline
mineral essence on the finish. This is all put together on an elegant, harmonious frame, lingering with orange and stone
aftertaste. Drink now through 2030." - Bruce Sanderson, Wine Spectator Magazine
