Our signature '07 Ilona possesses a certain distinction and refinement in the drink. Lighter in color than previous vintages, this noble late harvest wine displays faint hints of green and gold and begins with a precise nose of kitchen spices and herbs. A racy, fine acidity and a touch of elderflowers accentuate the strength and elegance of this sweet wine; steel in a velvet glove.
