notes: The 2009 harvest allowed us to produce a special "passérillage" bottling made from 100% Hárslevelű shriveled berries. These rare berries were harvested on the 26th of October from parcels directly below our highest Lapis terrace. The wine exhibits a pale yellow color in the glass with a charming nose of orange starbursts, ripe cantaloupe and hints of thyme. The minerality of the Lapis terroir is pleasantly expressed between a harmonious balance of fruit sweetness and fine acidity on the palate. A delightful pairing with Thai dishes and rice pudding.
