Wine
notes: This quiet off-dry
furmint exudes a muscular coolness partnered with a gentle sweetness. The wine's
masculine sinewy structure maintains the overall balance in the drink. There are
candied cashews in the nose along with hints of pear. Silky on the palate, accents
of chamomile and honey lead to a long aftertaste revealing fine tartness with
cool herbaceous flavors. A pleasant wine to match with meatier fish dishes, veal
and pheasant.
