Wine
notes:
A classic late-harvest Furmint produced from shriveled berries untouched by botrytis from high atop our Lapis vineyard. A striking Tokaji bouquet of pink grapefruit and white flowers gives this wine a sense of place, which is further accented on the palate. Fresh and viscous, this wine exudes stone fruit wrapped around a tight mineral core. This is a smooth polished wine with a long and lingering finish. For a dynamic food and wine combination, pair this wine with butterfish or terrine.
