notes:
Our '08 estate Demi-Sec is
a wine brimming with elegance that beckons to the adventurous wine
drinker. A radiant lemon hue of yellow in the glass and fragrant
white flowers and fresh citrus on the nose set the mood for a thrilling
off-dry white wine. The wine feels dry on the palate at both its
entry and finish with plenty of character in between. A round and
creamy texture combined with a smoky structure emitting the rich
mineral characteristics of our Becsek field create a playful harmony
throughout the drink. Aromas of buttered peaches, pear and apple
dance around the understated suppleness in this wine. Drink this
wine as an aperitif or pair with dishes in light fruit, nut and
cream sauces.
