notes:
Our '06 estate semi-dry, reminiscent
of the '05 upon its release, is an elegant yet playful wine. A seamless
wine beginning with its soft buttery nose to a clean entry and finishing
dry with subtle mineral notes. One can discover hints of grapefruit
and white peach on the palate and a full-bodied fleshiness balanced
by superfine green apple acidity in the mouth. This youthful '06
Demi-Sec is now ready for drinking at champagne temperatures. While
enjoyable today, we must note that it is a wine still in its infancy
that should age fashionably over time.
