notes: Our '03 is a rich
dessert wine that never feels heavy. A stony nose of dried fruit, quince and orange
blossoms in full bloom. The flavors are ripe with tropical fruits followed by
minerality and subtle hints of citrus in the finish. A balanced high structure
with slight volatile acidity provides a nice lift to the wine. Encompassing the
breadth and solidity of the '00 vintage and the racy acidity of the '99, a wonderful
drink by itself or with custards and chocolate cakes./span>
